Nedra Russ (aka The Harmonica Lady) and Julio "inglasses" Guerra make up nJr - an acoustic songwriting duo in the Americana tradition. Their music is eclectic, inspired by Traditional Blues, Folk, Country, Old-Time Mountain, and Rock roots. From the Little Bumblebee to the Happy Little Frog to Dusty Roads to Just Hit Rewind (to name just a few), the lineup and variety of artful compositions by this pair presents a pleasure to explore. And, any cover tune that inspires emulation by them receives a new lease on life with the blessing of Nedra's inventive and hard-driving virtuoso harmonica style and soulful vocals on top of the foundation of Julio's solid and masterful rhythm guitar.
Nedra and Julio constitute an orchestra of two.

Visit us on CD baby CD BabyHerald the unveiling of their new CD, “Livin’my Life now.” This new album, unlike the previous three that were all original tunes, is a mix of cover tunes and originals. With blues standards like Turtle Blues, Deep Elm Blues, and Jug Band Music, alongside the Kate Wolf anthem, Across the Great Divide, coupled with two original songs, Hey Hey and Poor Boy, and three instrumentals ranging from jazzy to an Irish jig, the duo’s Americana pedigree is beyond question.
